Subscription Plan Billing Process

Choose this option if you want lower patient fees and are comfortable with a monthly Medbridge360 service subscription.

Access to the multi-lender financing process is provided by third-party financing partners. Medbridge360 does not provide financing and instead supports your team with consulting and operational coordination.

1. Complete the enrollment form on the separate enrollment page. 2. Third-party financing partners review and approve eligible cases. 3. Medbridge360 supports your team with implementation and operations, and bills your Medbridge360 service fees separately.

Medbridge360 does not store your full bank account or card details. Any payment information you provide for ACH or card processing is handled securely by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Pay-As-You-Go Processing with Medbridge360

Choose this option if you prefer to avoid a monthly subscription and pay a simple service fee when Medbridge360 supports a case.

No monthly subscription fee. $65.00 Medbridge360 service fee per approved case, billed separately by Medbridge360.

How Pay-As-You-Go Works

1. Complete the form on this page so Medbridge360 can set up ACH with Stripe for your practice. 2. When a case is approved, Medbridge360 processes the $65 service fee per approved case via ACH. 3. Financing decisions and funding are handled by third-party financing partners, separate from Medbridge360’s consulting services.

All ACH payments are processed securely through Stripe. Medbridge360 does not share your Medbridge360 service fees or billing details with any third-party financing providers.
